Shipping policy

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card and adjust the product stock. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after we've confirmed and processed the payment. If there is any delay, such as an item on backorder, the pre-authorization will be void, and we will contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed successfully, your order will be shipped within 5 working days from a warehouse facility. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Orders are typically delivered between 2-7 business days from the moment they leave the warehouse. In the event you have not received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us by email at contact@wandersun.co so that we can best assist you.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to contact@wandersun.co so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders canceled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs required to return the item. Any refund can only be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.
