Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@wandersun.co.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@wandersun.co.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card and adjust the product stock. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after we've confirmed and processed the payment. If there is any delay, such as an item on backorder, the pre-authorization will be void, and we will contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed successfully, your order will be shipped within 5 working days from a warehouse facility. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Orders are typically delivered between 2-7 business days from the moment they leave the warehouse. In the event you have not received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us by email at contact@wandersun.co so that we can best assist you.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to contact@wandersun.co so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders canceled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs required to return the item. Any refund can only be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
BougeRV provides a limited warranty policy for the following products sold, ensuring the absence of defects in materials, workmanship, and performance during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the day of purchase, and the basic warranty duration varies for different product types. This warranty duration reflects commitment to quality and customer satisfaction for all products within their respective warranty timelines. Please refer to the product documentation or contact Wandersun customer service for the exact warranty period applicable to your product. contact@wandersun.co

Please note the following:
1. Warranty applies to purchases made on the BougeRV USA website (www.bougerv.com).
2. Only the original buyer is eligible for warranty coverage.
3. A proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim.
4. Approved warranty returns should be sent to BougeRV within 7 days; contact us for possible extensions.
5. For products within the warranty period but have been used for more than one year, there may be a charge for replacing with a new product. Please refer to Article 2 of LIMITED REMEDIES for details.
6. The customer must cover return shipping costs to BougeRV and provide the tracking number.
7. For solar accessories (e.g., extension cables, brackets, tool kits, etc.) and refrigerator accessories (e.g., refrigerator bags, adapters, etc.), please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt for any quality issues. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

For clarity and without limiting the scope, the following conditions do not constitute defects in material or workmanship:
1. Normal wear and tear and/or required maintenance occurring during normal use.
2. Damage caused by improper handling, storage, assembly, installation, or inadequate lubrication, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications or alterations, accidents, acts of nature, or external forces.
4. Intentional damage.
5. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, and discoloration that do not affect the functionality of the product.

LIMITED REMEDIES
1. If the product exhibits material and/or workmanship defects within the limited warranty period, BougeRV shall provide repair services or replace the damaged parts. BougeRV will cover the cost of the aforementioned repairs or replacement parts free of charge to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for any labor costs associated with product disassembly and installation. Additionally, the customer must bear and prepay all shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty services, including returning the product to BougeRV. Furthermore, the risk of loss or damage to the product during transportation shall be borne by the customer until the product is delivered and formally received by BougeRV.

2. During the warranty period, repair is primarily prioritized, and generally, free replacement of new products is not supported as a principle. If the product is confirmed as irreparable during the warranty period, a new product may be replaced depending on the situation. Replacement of a new product is free of charge if the product has been used for less than one year. If the product has been used for more than one year, the replacement cost will be calculated according to the following rule:Replacement Cost = Original Price * (1 - Remaining Warranty Period / Total Warranty Period)

3. If you have purchased extended warranty coverage at an additional cost, the warranty will be automatically extended. Relevant proof of warranty extension must be provided when submitting a warranty service request.In accordance with applicable law, should a defect arise, these stipulated remedies are exclusive and represent the Customer's entire recourse.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@wandersun.co or give us a call at +1 (726) 245-3514 describing the issue with the product in as much detail as possible and accurately providing the order information for verification. Our customer service team will contact you for resolution after receiving the warranty claim. Once the product is confirmed to be a BougeRV item and within the limited warranty period, customer service will provide you with a warranty solution based on your submission. BougeRV reserves the right to make final interpretations, and specific terms and conditions of the warranty policy may be adjusted at any time.

WARRANTY DURATION

In accordance with the above Warranty Policy, the specific warranty periods for each product category are detailed as follows (some models may have variations in warranty duration. Please refer to the product manual for details.):
